Hey everyone, I'm Lucas, a recent UC Santa Cruz grad. Let me tell you,
graduating was a rollercoaster! One minute I was celebrating with friends,
and the next I was staring blankly at my diploma, wondering, 'Now what?’
The job market felt like a brick wall, and I was seriously lost. My college career
center wasn't much help, and I felt like I was on my own. But I wasn't going
to let gradxiety win. I knew there had to be a better way to bridge the gap
between college and a real career.
So, I teamed up with Rolan, a Silicon Valley business owner, and Shannon,
a LinkedIn expert. Together, we created Gradxiety to share our knowledge
and give you the tools you need to navigate the workforce with confidence.

Hey everyone, I'm Shannon, and I've been a LinkedIn expert since 2015. I built a
successful business helping people master LinkedIn to generate leads for their
own businesses.
But the end of 2023, I decided I wanted more financial stability and started
looking for a traditional job. I knew LinkedIn would be my key to success.
So , I optimized my profile, wrote content regularly, and revamped my resume.
It was tough at first. I even fell for a program that promised to get me a job
with all the bells and whistles, but it came with a hefty $25,000 price tag and
a predatory loan service. They basically disappeared once I singed up! Thankfully,
I was able to escape that situation, but it left a sour taste in my mouth.
That's why when Lucas approached me with the idea for Gradxiety, I was all in!
After my experience with that shady program. I vowed to help people navigate
the job market without getting ripped off. Since then, I've helped countless friends,
family, colleagues, and clients find job search success.
